I had to remodel part of my house (living room, kitchen, and bathroom) due to a flood in my son’s house. While, I have dealt with many contractors to remodel many rental properties that I have in AZ, I had recently moved to CA and didn’t know any workers here . Unfortunately, the insurance company was not paying for this and we had to pay it from our own pocket. So, I talked with multiple contractors and got multiple quotes. It was very easy for me to reject several of those contractors as I could tell they were very dishonest and were only thinking of making a quick buck. I finally ran into Ferney and after couple of days of dealing with him, I realized that I had the right guy for the job. I certainly was right. While I could tell from start, but you can never be sure until the job is finished. Ferney is honest, prompt and right on or ahead of projected schedule, uses high quality products, uses excellent contractors to do the job right, extremely flexible in working with the clients, does not waste any time to fix any issues observed, customer satisfaction is his main principle and best of all, he only is out to make a reasonable profit and not rip you off. In fact, I got several quotes that were more than twice of Ferney’s quote. I am not sure how such people can sleep at nights. In short, you will be happy to have hired Ferney for your job. I know, he is going to be my only guy to call for any other remodeling work I have.

We recently purchased a home that we knew would require a major renovation. By chance, we met a lady at a local tile store and she told us about the contractor who had just finished installing her new kitchen. She graciously invited us to her home to see the finished project. What a gorgeous kitchen! We immediately knew her contractor, Ferney, was the guy for us!

In less than a month, Ferney, and his helper, Douglas designed and installed our brand new kitchen, redid both bathrooms, and laid over 1,300 square feet of ceramic tile floors. All to perfection!

Ferney shows up, knows what has to be done, is a perfectionist down to the smallest detail and does it all with a cheerful attitude. Nothing is a problem for him and that sure takes a load off of the homeowner!

To sum it up, we ended up with our new home looking far better than I had ever imagined and at an overall lower cost than other contractors would have charged.

If you are looking for someone to remodel your home and can do it all without any fuss and bother, Ferney is the guy to call! He is an artist and master at his trade!

We had a very positive experience with Ferney and his remodeling of our kitchen. We highly recommend him to everyone. From the planning, demolition, installation of cabinets and completion of job, Ferney and staff were exceptional. They were on the job every day as promised, worked in a very timely and orderly manner, completing the job as promised. Our new kitchen is beautiful. They do ALL aspects of the remodel, even the granite countertop. It is so nice to work with only one company for the whole job. Once the project started, it was completed in less than 2 weeks!!! Ferney takes pride in his work and we appreciated his attention to details. Most important was the excellence of work, completion was as promised, and very competitive prices. Did a complete scrap and rebuild of our entire kitchen even reran piping and was done within a week. That’s including the time I called him and he came to check it out. By far the best experience i have ever had with a general contractor. Cant recommend him enough.
