There are many stages to the remodeling process, each just as important as the last. Our team will be with you through every single step, keeping you in the loop on the progress we make every day. The basic stages of your renovation will look something like this:
- Demolition: We’ll start by getting rid of all the things that won’t be in your new space. This includes removing old cabinetry, walls, sinks, and appliances.
- Plumbing: If we need to, we will replace the old plumbing in your kitchen, ensuring it’s ready to handle all the new features.

- Backsplash: If you have chosen to add a backsplash, we will install it under the cabinets and around your sink and stove.
- Appliances: Lastly, all the new appliances will be installed, and any final hardware will be added to cabinetry.
Kitchen remodeling is a big investment, so it’s important to choose the right financing option for your needs. A home equity loan or line of credit can be a great choice if you have equity in your home and want to take advantage of lower interest rates.
Personal loans are another option, but they may have higher interest rates.
If you have good credit, you may be able to get a low or no interest credit card to finance your kitchen remodel.
Kitchen remodeling is a great way to add value to your home. A well-designed kitchen not only looks great, but is also functional and comfortable to cook in. When planning a kitchen remodel, there are a few things to keep in mind in order to get the most bang for your buck.
- First, consider the layout of the kitchen. Is the current layout efficient and user-friendly? If not, then reconfiguring the layout can make a big difference in how well the kitchen functions.
- Second, choose materials that are both attractive and durable. Cabinets, countertops, and flooring all take a lot of abuse in a kitchen, so it’s important to choose materials that will hold up over time.
- Third, don’t forget about lighting! Kitchen remodels provide an opportunity to add energy-efficient LED lighting which can save money on your electric bill while also making the space more inviting.
- And last but not least, think about adding some personal touches to the space.
Adding your own unique style to the Kitchen will make it feel like home and help it stand out from the rest.
Kitchen remodeling is a great way to add value, function, and style to your home.
Kitchen Remodeling Northridge – If you’re considering a kitchen remodel, one of your first questions is likely to be “how can I cut costs?” Kitchen remodels can be expensive, but there are ways to save money without sacrificing quality or style.
While we understand you are likely on a budget when renovating your kitchen, we don’t suggest cutting corners too drastically.
Doing so can result in disappointment with the finished project because you didn’t choose to use the best quality products. You truly do get what you pay for, so the cheaper the price, the lower the quality.
The best way to save on your renovation is to postpone parts of the project instead of cutting quality.
Our suggestion is to invest your money in the best quality products, even if that means limiting the number of products you buy.
We can help you keep your kitchen remodel project within budget while still getting the results you want.

Northridge is a neighborhood in the San Fernando Valley region of the City of Los Angeles. The community is home to California State University, Northridge, and the Northridge Fashion Center.
Originally named Zelzah by settlers in 1908, the community was renamed North Los Angeles in 1929 but the appellation sometimes caused confusion amongst North Hollywood and Los Angeles. In 1938, civic leader Carl S. Dentzel approved to rename the community to Northridge Village, which morphed into modern-day Northridge.
The Northridge Place can smack its history put happening to to the Tongva people and well ahead to Spanish explorers. It was sold by the Mexican manager Pio Pico to Eulogio de Celis, whose heirs on bad terms it for resale.
The 2000 U.S. census counted 57,561 residents in the 9.47-square-mile (24.5 km) Northridge neighborhood—or 6,080 people per square mile (2,350/km2), among the lowest population densities for the city. In 2008, the city estimated that the population had increased to 61,993. In 2000 the median age for residents was 32, about average for city and county neighborhoods; the percentage of residents aged 19 to 34 was accompanied by the county’s highest.
The neighborhood was considered “highly diverse” ethnically within Los Angeles, with a high percentage of Asian people for the county. The investigation was whites, 49.5%; Latinos, 26.1%; Asians, 14.5%; blacks, 5.4%; and others, 4.6%. Mexico (24.7%) and the Philippines (9.8%) were the most common places of birth for the 31.8% of the residents who were born abroad—an average figure for Los Angeles.
The median twelve-monthly household income in 2008 dollars was $67,906, considered tall for the city. Renters occupied 46.4% of the housing stock, and house- or apartment-owners held 53.6%. The average household size of 2.7 people was considered average for Los Angeles.
In 2000 there were 3,803 military veterans, or 8.5% of the population, a tall percentage compared to the perch of the city.
Northridge touches Porter Ranch and Granada Hills upon the north, North Hills on the east, Van Nuys upon the southeast, Lake Balboa and Reseda on the south and Winnetka and Chatsworth on the west.
The Northridge Place was first inhabited higher than 2,000 years ago by the Tongva. The village of Totonga was located in the Northridge area. The Tongva lived in dome-shaped houses, are sometimes referred to as the “people of the earth”. They spoke a Takic Uto-Aztecan (Shoshonean) language. Many of their pictographs were destroyed by the move ahead of Greater Los Angeles.
Mexican home grant
In the late 1840s, Mexican Governor Pio Pico broke in the same way as the tradition of “granting” land and, instead, sold it, without the usual Place limitations, to Eulogio de Celis, a native of Spain. By 1850, de Celis was in the Los Angeles census as an agriculturist, 42 years old, and the owner of genuine estate worth $20,000.
A few years later, the land was split up. The heirs of Eulogio de Celis sold the northernly half – 56,000 acres (230 km) – to Senator George K. Porter, who had called it the “Valley of the Cumberland” and Senator Charles Maclay, who exclaimed: “This is the Garden of Eden.” Porter was interested in ranching; Maclay in subdivision and colonization. Francis Marion (“Bud”) Wright, an Iowa farm guy who migrated to California as a youthful man, became a ranch hand for Senator Porter and later co-developer of the 1,100-acre (4.5 km2) Hawk Ranch, which is now Northridge land.
